James Priestly

James comes from a construction background and now is a Licensed Valuer, Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent, and is a Certified Development Practitioner. James has over 8 years experience in the development and property industry and over 10 years in construction. His areas of expertise include development and project management, residential and commercial construction, residential and commercial property valuations, market research, due diligence studies, acquisitions, sales, marketing, and commercial leasing.

James has been involved in a number of successful start-up companies, has raised capital for a number of development projects, and completed due diligence studies for developments with values up to $120 million. James has been responsible for end-to-end management of developments ranging in value from $1.5 million to over $100 million. He is a skillful marketer and negotiator and has led the restructuring of sales and marketing processes for development companies.

James Priestly is fast becoming one of WA’s most trusted Real Estate Agents among his clients and the local community. With his background, James approaches the Real Estate transaction with different lenses that ultimately drive a better result and experience for his clients. Jim Priestly

Jim has over 30 years’ corporate and business experience, operating as a Certified Practicing Accountant and licensed Real Estate and Business Agent for over 25 years. Jim holds a degree in Property Valuation, a Master of Business Administration and worked as an academic, lecturing in real estate negotiation and business performance at Curtin University.

Jim has been heavily involved in land and timber developments for various public and private companies in New South Wales and Western Australia. Many of these holdings now comprise substantial and fully-grown plantation forests.

Jim has extensive experience in property development and has overseen multiple projects including the development of commercial buildings, industrial and residential subdivisions and high-end built form residential projects. He has also consulted in the conceptual, feasibility, and development management phases of resort projects and for several start-up development companies.  Jim has operated a real estate agency for over 12 years and is now a Director and Licensee for MGP Property.

Janna White

Janna’s career in Marketing, Brand and Design has always had a focus on property, from her first role in advertising working with one of Perth’s largest land developers, before moving to Melbourne and working in a marketing role with a prestigious luxury real estate firm. During her years on the east coast, Janna also worked with large-scale property developers, branding and marketing their projects while working for a boutique communications agency.

Having returned to Perth in recent years, Janna is grateful to be back living and working in the sunny, riverside suburbs of Perth, expanding on her experiences in the industry as Marketing Manager at MGP Property.
