Crossing through the suburb are major roads Marmion street and North Lake road, with a huge number of major outlets strung along the Leach Highway. Popular shopping mall Westfield Booragoon is also only a few minutes’ drive away. Myaree is quite a small suburb, tightly bordered by Melville, Alfred Cove, Booragoon and Leach Highway. Much of the suburb is taken up with the shopping, dining and other commercial uses so there’s not a huge number of homes in the suburb. The housing is quite similar to its neighbouring suburbs with a mix of low-density housing with modern and character themes throughout.
