How we increased one homes value by $95,000…

Recently, we were approached to sell a home for a client who had a price goal they needed to achieve. After assessing the property and completing our analysis of the market, the property would have been expected to sell for around $800,000. Our client was understanding of where the property’s value was in its current condition, but this was not quite the price they were hoping for.

Working within a budget of $25,000 we actioned a set of cost-effective improvements to the property which we knew would give our client a return on investment, and ultimately achieve more than the price they were hoping for. These changes were carefully planned to ensure the property would have greatest appeal to its target market.

  • Internal painting of walls, doors, and door frames
